Introduction of the course
Welcome to Science, Pseudoscience, and Everything in Between, a course designed to explore the complex and often blurry boundaries between scientific knowledge and pseudoscientific claims.
In this course, we will delve into the fundamental principles of scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and reasoning, examining the ways in which we distinguish between opinion and knowledge; and evaluate the strengths and limitations of deductive and inductive arguments. We will also explore the role of inductive reasoning in scientific inquiry, the key components of the scientific method, and the characteristics that distinguish science from pseudoscience.
This FREE course shall be conducted online through live classes wherein you can ask questions and clarify doubts.
By completing this course, you shall develop the critical thinking skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of scientific knowledge and pseudoscientific claims and make informed decisions about the world.
